This is a late review as I bought this a while ago.
Some of the worst shaves I have ever had. Used it for two weeks to give it a chance (originally for 4 wks but had to cut it short). Very labor intensive to load and lather (I don't have hard water) no slickness to speak of, lather thinned and dried (on face and in bowl). Don't know if it was a poor batch but it certainly gave me poor service.
No chemicals, no dyes, nothing but pure natural. Whips up a rich lather easily and provides a closer shave than any other brand I've tried. Worth the extra money by far. Razor slides so easy across my face. The scent is very pleasant and mild. Nowhere near overpowering in any way! I use both the Cedarwood and Lavender and both smell great. I have very sensitive skin and this stuff is perfect for me.
Rich, thick lather that produces an incredibly smooth shave. Perhaps its the combination of the lambert soap and Muhle blades, i don’t know but its an awesome combination
Loading the soap on my shaving brush took about 15 seconds. I could create a thick lather that lasts. It does the job.
I don't know whether it's really organic, but there seems to be no obviously harmful ingredient.
One of the best shaving soap for my sensitive skin! Great value and shipping fast. I recommend this shaving soap.
